How did the mission change me?

First, I don't call it my mission.  I never felt it was my mission.  I get to participate in the mission of the Lord's.  I will try to to find more time to be more eloquent but here is the beginning of the list.

 

1 - I gained a better understanding of the gospel

2 - knowledge of how the church works

3 - the importance of what it means to represent the Lord

4 - How to study the scripture

5 - Empathy for those who did not have the upbringing I had

6 - How to get along with those I struggle with

7 - I have a significant pride issue

8 - I came home more patient, looking out for others more, a great er desire for unity in the church
